Coaching and Clarity Calls
Clarity calls with Coach Anicia are educational consultations, not medical appointments. Nothing discussed during a coaching call replaces the advice of your personal healthcare provider. Calls are booked through our scheduling system and are subject to availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance out of respect for Coach Anicia's time. No-shows without notice forfeit the session.
P.O.W.E.R. Assessment
The P.O.W.E.R. Maternal Readiness Assessment is a free educational self-assessment tool. Results are generated based on your responses and are intended to help you identify areas to learn more about. Assessment results are not a clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or medical opinion. They do not replace a conversation with your healthcare provider.
